Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. Start your 14-day free trial with no card required. After day 14, pick a plan and enter your card to keep going. Cancel anytime.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings. Billing prorates automatically.

What if I run out of SMS credits?

You can buy more credits anytime — they don't expire. Or upgrade to a higher plan for a bigger monthly allowance.

Do my crew members need to pay?

No. Crew members never sign up. They just receive texts and tap the clock-in link — totally free for them.
