Vpro Electric LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Dispatch subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to that first charge.
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you cancel a subscription, you keep access until the end of your current paid period. Refund requests for renewal charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within the 30-day window described above.
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
