Texts are sent by My Dispatch, a crew dispatch app operated by Vpro Electric LLC, on behalf of the contractor that employs the crew member. Every text begins with "My Dispatch:".
Only field crew members (employees) of contractors that use My Dispatch. We never text purchased, rented, or third-party lists, and we do not send marketing texts.
When a contractor adds a crew member in My Dispatch, the crew member gives their mobile number to their employer and agrees, verbally or in writing, to receive texts. The employer must then check the following required box on the crew form before the number can be saved. My Dispatch records the date and time, the admin who recorded it, and the version of the statement:
"This crew member has agreed to receive text messages from My Dispatch about their job assignments, schedules, and safety briefings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. They can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help."
Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
